Sexy Cora: Tragic cult figure of the German erotic scene

Sexy Cora (1987–2011) was a dazzling, tragic star of the German adult entertainment industry. Born in East Berlin, she initially worked as a prostitute in Hamburg before starting to film her own pornographic videos in 2009. Through her appearance on "Big Brother " in 2010, the petite blonde, standing at just 1.57 meters tall and sporting a striking lower back tattoo (Miss Tramp Stamp), became known to millions. After leaving the house, she launched a music career with two chart-topping singles. However, her obsession with the "perfect" breasts proved to be her downfall: In January 2011, Sexy Cora died at the age of only 23 following complications from her sixth breast augmentation surgery. Germany mourned the young woman, who had become a symbol of the beauty craze in the adult film industry. To this day, Sexy Cora remains in our memories, both as a cult figure of the trash TV era and as a cautionary tale about the risks of extreme cosmetic procedures.
