Return:
We take product quality very seriously, each doll is thoroughly checked and tested before it leaves production.
If there is a defect or damage after you first receive the doll, please contact us within 24 hours at info@housedoll.de.
We do not offer refunds for reasons other than a product damaged upon arrival.
Notes:
All our sex dolls undergo a quality inspection before shipping. Due to long-distance shipping involving multiple logistics companies, minor scratches, finger wire holes, eyelashes, small stains, and other micro-problems are not considered damage issues.
Once the package has been shipped, the return address on the shipping label will be the address of a local courier company, not our warehouse address.
Therefore, if you are not available to sign for the package, please contact us to provide a different address. It is impossible for our customers to return the package to us by refusing it because we cannot accept it. You must contact our online customer service to confirm the status of your order and receive a suggestion for the next step. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any loss of the package.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used items. We inspect all returns to ensure they are in new condition. This ensures that we do not restock used items to sell them to other customers. Therefore, it is imperative that the item is unopened, unused, or unworn, with all packaging and tags intact.
Warranty procedure:
Each product is manually inspected for condition, technical functionality, and quality before shipping to ensure it is in perfect working order. However, if the product you received is damaged or has manufacturing defects, please follow these steps:
1) Send an email to customer service, including your name, order number (e.g. RE1156) and an explanation of the problem: info@housdoll.de
2) Please attach appropriate evidence (either photos or videos) that prove the defects described.
3) Our team will review this and contact you as soon as possible.
4) If the problem was caused by us or the product has manufacturing defects, you can rest assured that we will take care of it.
Please understand that due to the nature of sex doll products, warranty claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within 24 hours of product delivery. Damage caused by improper use of the product is not covered by the product warranty.
Cancellations and refunds:
For custom dolls
All custom-made dolls offered for sale through housedoll.de are individually crafted for each buyer. Accordingly, the following applies to refunds and returns for all products purchased by a buyer:
*If you change your mind or placed the order by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours. We'll be happy to explore all possible options for you. Please note that the only way to submit a refund request is to contact our customer service team via email or our online agent as soon as possible. We do not accept refund requests through any other means.
*Once the package has been shipped, we cannot cancel the special order because it is already on its way and we cannot get it back. We will do our best to offer you a solution for its proper handling.

For dolls in stock
*For in-stock dolls, the warehouse system arranges delivery immediately and deducts the shipping and handling fee from the order. There is a specific time interval for uploading the tracking number. Therefore, full refunds are not available for in-stock doll orders after the order has been placed. We will first check if we can cancel the delivery and then let you know how much we can refund. The cancellation policy for custom-made dolls does not apply to in-stock dolls.
*If you change your mind during the delivery process, we are happy to offer a solution. However, you must first accept the package and return it to our local warehouse. The warehouse address can be requested through online customer service or found in the imprint. The return shipping fee (€120-180) is to be borne by the customer. Please note that the warehouse will check the status of the package upon arrival and notify you if it meets the return standard. Once your package refund is approved, we will issue a partial refund via the original payment method.
*If you have changed your mind after receiving the package, please do not open the package and return it to our local warehouse in Berlin. For us to accept a return, the product must be in its original condition. The warehouse address can be requested through online customer service, and the return shipping fee should be borne by the customer. Please note that the warehouse will check the status of the package upon arrival and notify you if it meets the return standard. Once your package refund is approved, we will partially refund you via the original payment method.
