Our lifelike Sex dolls are delicate. They have joints similar to those of humans and therefore cannot be placed in unrealistic positions. We ask you to handle your sex doll carefully. Please keep any pointed or sharp-edged objects away, and avoid biting or tearing at the skin. While sex dolls don't express pain, please DO NOT do ANYTHING you wouldn't do with a real person.

Discretion is a very important issue and is particularly important to us. You won't find any reference to "housedoll®" on the shipping label. You can also pay in cash. Furthermore, we only ship the dolls in neutral bags . Neutral means that neither the shape nor the appearance give any clues to the contents. They resemble a carrying case for event equipment, sports equipment, or video equipment, etc. So don't worry about the neighbors' curious glances. If they do recognize the bag, it's only because they've rented one themselves before ;) then you're in the clear.

Our vans and trained delivery drivers also arrive in civilian clothes and are free of logos, inscriptions, or slogans.

After return, every rental item and every love doll undergoes rigorous cleaning and quality control . This guarantees the highest standards of hygiene and safety, as this is our top priority.

The rental items undergo a multi-stage cleaning process, starting with the thorough cleaning of all surfaces, through skin care, to the sealing of the doll. Our real dolls are cleaner than any human!

It's actually quite simple. First, you select your favorite doll and choose the rental period. After you've determined the length of your rental, you select a delivery date. The return date is then automatically determined based on the rental period. So you can continue selecting your additional products right away. You can also add all accessories to your shopping cart later.

To pay, first check that your shopping cart is complete. Then select your preferred payment method and shipping option. You can choose between pickup or local delivery.

For delivery/collection of love dolls for rent outside Berlin, we charge a flat rate of €39 . For orders over €500 Delivery/collection is free. Do you have a delivery address outside of our delivery area? Feel free to contact us, we'll find a solution!

Are you coming from further away or would you prefer to pick up your order discreetly? Great! With the discount code "SELF-HOLDER" we'll give you €10 off your order. We'll notify you one day before your order is ready for pickup with detailed directions, contact details, and other details for a hassle-free and secure pickup.

Pick-up and drop-off times are defined individually for the day and communicated to you via email. The time window is always 60 minutes.

Our love dolls are delivered in plain bags , so you can't see what's inside. Delivery takes place between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to your preferred delivery address. After the rental period, your real doll will be picked up between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Delivery and pickup times may vary in the Berlin area.

Individual appointments can be arranged. However, we cannot guarantee availability. However, our experience shows that we can usually accommodate your preferred time! Please indicate your preference when ordering.

In addition to the selected accessories, your sex doll will come with a small selection of condoms, lubricant, a hairbrush, and powder. Please remember that condoms are mandatory to prevent contamination or damage. This does not apply if you order your own insert. If you use your own lubricant, make sure it is water-based.

Your real doll will arrive wearing the standard outfit (simple panties and bra). Any additional lingerie you choose will be included with your order or already on. Please DO NOT dress your love doll in your own clothing. This may cause discoloration and damage to the skin.

Even the new and innovative EVO hand skeleton can occasionally be damaged. The joints are extremely delicate, which is why even a single finger can break easily. We therefore ask you to understand that damage may already be present, even if the dolls were freshly delivered from the manufacturer. This has no connection to the condition of your Real Doll.

If you cause damage, it's important to stay cool. After you return the rented Real Doll, we will create a final report and compare it with the original initial report. If significant discrepancies are discovered, we will contact you within 3-7 business days with the relevant documentation and a damage report. Minor damage such as broken fingernails or toenails, eyelashes, or small superficial cuts are, of course, considered normal wear and tear. If the Real Doll is no longer usable or rentable after your rental, we will charge you for a replacement in the amount of its current value. But don't worry, this hasn't happened so far.
