CANCELLATION POLICY
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Nova Innovate GmbH, c/o Workbox Berlin GmbH, Eresburgstraße 24-29, 12103 Berlin, Telephone: +49 (0) 30 220 13 558, Email: info@housedoll.de, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 Number 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored by the trader to the personal needs of the consumer (configured doll).
- Contracts for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 Number 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB) or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 Number 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Contracts for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
- Contracts for the delivery of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no control and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION
1.1. You are entitled to a replacement delivery for all products that arrive with irreparable damage or significant manufacturing defects.
1.2. A replacement will only be offered if repair is not possible.
1.3. A refund will only be made if a replacement is not possible.
2. OBLIGATION TO PROVE DAMAGES
2.1. To safeguard against any claims, a video or photos of the outside of the box must be taken upon arrival of the goods, especially if external damage is visible.
2.2. Detailed photographic evidence is required and must be submitted via email to info@housedoll.de within 24 hours of delivery to claim any refund or replacement.
3. MISSING ITEMS
Missing items should be reported within 72 hours of delivery to ensure a free replacement.
4. CONDITION ON DELIVERY
4.1 Each configured product is thoroughly inspected before shipment and authenticated using factory photos.
4.2. Immediately available models are checked by the EU warehouse before shipping
4.3. housedoll cannot provide any warranty or guarantee for delivery damages.
However, we are always interested in acting in the interest of our customers and are committed to possible for the well-being of our customers.
5. AUTHORIZATION
5.1. Custom-made products can only be replaced in the event of significant manufacturing defects.
5.2. Due to the delicate nature of our products, returns of used items are not permitted by law. Items must be unused and unwashed and must not have been tampered with or altered.
5.3. Stock dolls (dolls available for immediate delivery) must not be unpacked and can only be returned in new, unopened condition. In particular, the hygiene film must be intact. Please check that the product is correct and complete before opening this film. For hygiene reasons, the right of return is void once the film has been opened.
5.4. All items must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging, accessories, and any extras.
5.6. All items returned to housedoll will be inspected for damage and completeness upon receipt. A refund will be decided at housedoll's sole discretion within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
6. EXEMPTIONS
6.1. Since all dolls are handmade, minor variations and imperfections may occur. The following defects and minor damage are excluded from our return and refund policy:
Skin irregularities, blemishes, scratches, marks, pressure points, micro-cuts, Minor deviations in the skin surface, Loose or missing fingernails/toenails, loose or missing eyelashes, Slight variations and inconsistencies in facial makeup or body type or height.
6.2 The following are also excluded from the return and refund policy:
Items that have been used, washed, altered, made to order, configured, or customized.
6.3 The following product damages are also excluded: damages resulting from use, improper handling, or incorrect cleaning methods.
7. REFUND POLICY
7.1. If a custom-made product or configuration is canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, no cancellation fee will be charged. Any payments already made will be refunded in full.
7.2. If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, only a refund of the estimated shipping costs plus customs duties can be issued. These prices are set by the production company. We still recommend submitting a request, as we will do everything possible to provide a full refund.
8. REQUESTS TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER
8.1. Changes to your order are accepted subject to change and depend on the production status of your custom-made item.
8.2. If an order is changed within 24 hours of being placed, there will be no additional charge. In this case, changes should be sent to info@housedoll.de.
8.3. Changes cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of housedoll and the respective manufacturer.
8.4 Changes may result in delays and additional costs.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. housedoll reserves the right to review all returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations on a case-by-case basis. The final decision rests with housedoll's sole discretion.
