We only ask that you return the rental products in clean condition. Remove any gross dirt and bodily fluids and briefly clean the vaginal insert with warm water.
You can find more detailed instructions in the manual , which you will receive with your order confirmation by email or can view at any time in the shop.
For returns that are grossly soiled, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €39.
